Big Bend Art: Paintings and Sculpture by Mary Baxter 

The gallery features art by Mary Baxter: contemporary landscape paintings, and animal sculptures. The landscape paintings are contemporary treatments of locations throughout the Big Bend region, from Big Bend National Park to the Davis Mountains and the Marfa Plateau. Sizes range from small plein air studies to large scale canvases of six feet or more. 

The sculptures are lively sketches in wire and other mediums of some of the animals of the Big Bend: jackrabbits, turkey vultures, deer.
